Michael Eckersley Talk

The Title of Michael Eckersley's presentation was Designing the Future of Things and experiences. He began the talk by introducing himself and giving an overview of his experience. He then gave a brief overview of humancentered design firm. He then spoke of different methods of solving viewers problems through design and cited examples including Pediatric Touchpoint Consultations. In this consultation they designed a doctors office so that both the patient and those employed there had a better experience within the office.
